RPG Life Sciences has appointed C T Renganathan as its Managing Director and an Additional Director for a term of three years with immediate effect.
“The board has appointed C T Renganathan as an Additional Director and as the Managing Director for a term of 3 years with effect from January 2, 2015,” the company said in a BSE filing today.
In September 2014, RPG Life Sciences’ Managing Director Ajit Singh Chouhan had resigned. Chouhan continues to be a Director on the board of the company.
Shares of RPG Life Sciences were trading at Rs 94.05 per scrip on BSE, up 0.48 per cent from the previous close.
