Real estate developer Vijay Shanthi Builders on Tuesday said it would hand over the keys of the apartments of the Rs 110 crore-project ‘Infiniti’ coming up at Sriperumbudur, in 2012.
The project “Infiniti is fully sold out. The work for the project is 80 per cent complete and the keys would be handed over from January 2012”, the city-based company said in a filing to the BSE.
Infiniti consists of 588 premium apartments between 365 square feet to 1,059 square feet. It is spread across 4.10 lakh square feet at Chettipedu Village in Sriperumbudur, it added.
