Knitwear maker Rupa & Co is planning to raise ₹100 crore for an undisclosed purpose. It said on Friday that the company was contemplating to issue commercial paper up to ₹100 crore. The board of directors would take decision on the subject by August 15, the company said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
