Ahmedabad-based Sadbhav Engineering Ltd today said that the Karnataka Government has awarded the company a ₹737-crore road construction project.
“The company has received letter of award dated 01.02.2014 for design, build, finance, operate, maintain & transfer the existing state highway (SH 33 & SH 3) from Malavalli to Pavagada (approx length of 193.344 km) in the state of Karnataka,” the company informed in a filing to the stock exchanges.
The estimated cost of the project is ₹737.20 crore with a concession period of 10 years, including a construction period of 30 months from the appointment date, the company said.
Sadbhav Engineering shares were trading higher by 1.5 per cent at Rs 86.50 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.
