Sadbhav Engineering on Tuesday said it has won a Rs 133 crore project in Uttar Pradesh for deepening and widening of a canal.
“The company has been declared successful bidder for earthwork for deepening and widening of parallel lower Ganga canal,” the company said in a statement.
In another development, the firm said the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has declared April 18 as the appointed date for a road project it awarded to the company in Rajasthan.
“NHAI has declared April 18 as the appointed date for the project four—laning of Gomati ka Chauraha — Udaipur section of NH 8 in the state,” the company said.
It added that the project on design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis would be implemented under phase IV of the National Highways Development Project (NHDP).
The company said it is executing the project through its special purpose vehicle —— Shreenathji—Udaipur Tollway Pvt Ltd.
Shares of the company rose by 0.62 per cent to end at Rs 114.10 on the BSE.
