The CBI special court has on Monday said the exact date of judgment in the over Rs 7,300 crore Satyam Computer Services Ltd (SCSL) fraud case will be announced on June 26.
The hearing in the five-and-a-half-year-old case was completed last week during which 216 witnesses were examined.
The main-accused in the case was its founder and former chairman B Ramlinga Raju who confessed in January 2009 fudging of books to inflate profit over the years. He was later arrested by the AP Police after which the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had taken over the investigation.
He, along with his brother and company team, was charged with cheating, criminal conspiracy, forgery, breach of trust and violation of various I-T laws, among others.
