Mr V.C.S. Velumani has been appointed the CEO of gears and gearbox manufacturer Shanthi Gears Ltd (SGL), Coimbatore. He was earlier Executive Director of Winergy Drive Systems India Pvt Ltd, now part of the Siemens Group, according to a notification to the stock exchanges by SGL.
