Motilal Oswal Private Equity Advisors, the private equity arm of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, has appointed Sharad Mittal as Head - Real Estate business.
Prior to this, Mittal was with ICICI Prudential AMC as Vice President – Investments with Real Estate Practice. In FY13 he had spearheaded two fund-raising initiatives and raised Rs 1,300 crore.
Apart from ICICI Prudential AMC, he had also worked with ASK Property Investment Advisors and ICICI Bank Ltd. Mittal is a Chartered Accountant and has 12 years of experience in real estate investments and fund raising.
