Shasun Pharmaceuticals reported a 55 per cent rise (year-on-year) in fourth quarter net profit at Rs 59 crore. Revenues rose 38 per cent to Rs 305 crore compared with the previous corresponding quarter. For the year ended March 31, 2012, revenues grew 28 per cent to reach Rs 1,066 crore. Net profits jumped to Rs 100 crore, from Rs 26 crore the previous year. Shasun has recommended a final dividend of 20 per cent (Rs 0.40 paise a share) on the equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
