Simplilearn, a company providing certification courses to professionals, has raised $15 million (about ₹93 crore) in third round of institutional funding, led by Mayfield. The round saw participation from Kalaari Capital and Helion Venture Partners. With this Series C funding, Simplilearn has raised a total of $27 million in capital. “With more of our learners moving to mobile and online learning, the current funding will allow us to continue to invest in the platform, expand our course coverage, and also look at rapidly expanding in the US and other primary markets,” said Krishna Kumar, CEO of Simplilearn.
