The Calcutta High Court on Monday allowed Tata Motors to file a petition challenging the verdict of the single bench of the High Court upholding the Constitutional validity of the Singur Land Rehabilitation and Development Act 2011. The matter is likely to come up for hearing on Tuesday before the Division Bench of Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice Joymalya Bagchi.
