Tata Motors may approach the Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court on Monday, challenging a Single Judge's nod for the actions of the West Bengal Government under the Singur Act.
The Act empowered the Mamata Banerjee Government to vest the Nano project land at Singur. The Single Judge had also granted a stay on the Singur land till November 2.
