Singur issue: Tata Motors’ petition released

The single Bench court of Mr Justice Soumitra Pal of Calcutta High Court, on Tuesday, released the Tata Motors Ltd’s petition challenging the Singur Land Rehabilitation and Development Act 2011, on “personal grounds’’. The matter is now placed before the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court.
