Despite unfavourable market conditions, Kochi-based Sree Sakthi Paper Mills Ltd has posted modest growth during Q3.
The company had undertaken biennial maintenance work at its duplex board unit which resulted in lower production. Yet, it could sell a higher quantity of 19,485 tonnes in the three month-period at a better realisation of Rs 25,722 per tonnes as compared to 18,666 tonnes at Rs 25,360 per tonne in the corresponding quarter of last year.
The company’s top line grew 5.9 per cent over corresponding quarter, from Rs 47.40 crore to Rs 50.19 crore, a press release said.
