Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC) today said its net loss widened to Rs 24.09 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 17.90 crore during the same period of the previous fiscal, Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company said in a BSE filing.
Total income declined to Rs 4.22 crore during the quarter as against Rs 4.51 crore during the same period of 2011-12.
The company was demerged from Sun Pharma as a pharma research and drug discovery company in 2007.
Shares of SPARC today closed at Rs 112.15 on the BSE, down 6.70 per cent from their previous close.
