Auto-component manufacturer Sundaram-Clayton Ltd today reported a standalone net loss of Rs 3.81 crore for the April-June 30, 2017, quarter.
The Chennai-based TVS Group company had registered standalone net profits at Rs 11.44 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Net profit for the full year ending March 31, 2017 was at Rs 105.59 crore, the company said in a BSE filing.
The standalone total income for the quarter ending June 30, 2017 rose to Rs 404.08 crore from Rs 386.44 crore during the corresponding period of last year.
For the full year ending March 31, 2017 total income stood at Rs 1,589.67 crore.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 4,599.95 a piece, up by 1.18 per cent over the previous close in BSE.
