Suven unit gets recognition in US

Suven Life Sciences’ manufacturing unit at Pashmylaram here has been accepted by the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for manufacture and supply or active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and formulations. The unit of the Hyderabad-based company had undergone a renewal inspection by the officials of the US drug regulator recently, according to a release. So far, Suven Life had filed 29 drug master files and one abbreviated new drug application from this facility, which was a USFDA-certified facility before the present renewal as well.
