Suzuki Motorcycle India today launched an advanced version of its bike Intruder with a fuel injection option in a bid to tighten its hold further in the cruiser segment.
The new Intruder bike is priced at Rs 1,06,896.
The Intruder was launched last November and now now comes equipped with Suzuki’s advanced fuel injection technology with six sensors that more accurately calculates the optimum fuel required for better combustion.
“Since its launch, the Intruder has received an overwhelming demand with close to 15,000 units on the road already, overachieving our projected sales target by 25 per cent,” said Sajeev Rajasekharan, executive vice-president for sales & marketing.
Suzuki Motorcycle India began operations in February 2006 as a fully-owned subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan.
