Air cooler maker, Symphony Limited posted 32 per cent drop in the net profit for the quarter ended June 2015 at ₹22.26 crore as against ₹33 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Company's net sales stood at ₹124 crore for the quarter against Rs 151 crore in the same period last year, a company statement said here.
Symphony reports financial year from July to June.
For the financial year-ended June 2015, the company posted net profit of ₹116 crore as against ₹106 crore last year, with 10 per cent growth. Net sales grew by 9 per cent to ₹578 crore as against ₹532 crore last year.
The Board of Directors of the company recommended final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (500 per cent on an equity share of face value of ₹2 each).
