ABB, power and automation technologies major, has appointed T K Sridhar as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company effective July 23.
The Audit Committee at its meeting held on July 23 has approved his appointment. Further, the Board, at its meeting held on July 24, has appointed T K Sridhar, CFO, as a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel by passing a resolution.
