City-based Take Solutions Ltd, which offers IP-based software and knowledge-based solutions, has reported a 34 per cent increase in net profit to ₹32 crore for third quarter ended December 31, 2016, over the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue increased by 38 per cent to ₹343 crore.
HR Srinivasan, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Take Solutions, said the company witnessed a rewarding quarter, sustained by efforts towards strengthening its position as a full-service boutique life sciences company.
Scale-up planThe company has embarked on a five-year transformational scale-up plan with a mission to magnify its size and scale, amplifying its revenues by 5x to emerge as a $500-million company, he said in a press release.
During the third quarter, the company added 14 new clients across the US and Asia, the release said.
On the BSE, the company’s scrip closed at ₹135.25, down 3.08 per cent.
