TalentSprint, a skill development firm for IT and BFSI sectors, has acquired Bengaluru-based Java Learning Centre for an undisclosed consideration. JLC, which offers courses Java and related courses, runs a few centres in the Karnataka capital, which are connected through a virtual learning platform.
“The capacity of JLC will go up to 6,000 trainees a year this year from 2,000 trainees last year,” JLC founder Srinivas Dande said.
“With the acquisition of JLC, we hope to accelerate our programmes to create job-ready IT professionals in Bengaluru,” TalentSprint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Santanu Paul said here in a statement on Wednesday.
