Tata Capital Innovation Fund, a venture capital managed by Tata Capital, has infused Rs 15 crore in Delhi-based Pluss Polymers. The fund will be used for research, development and manufacturing initiatives.
Focused predominantly on technology-led innovations, the fund is sector agnostic and has made investments across all stages, from start up, early, growth and mature.
The fund has made three investments till date. “Pluss is a good example of the strength of Indian intellect and entrepreneurship.
Through an in-house research and development unit, Pluss has developed products which address topical issues and could have wide scale applications,” said Mohan Harshey, Partner. Samit Jain, Director, said the fund would be used to expand capacity and tap new geographies.
