Tata Global Beverages has announced a 44 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 112 crore which includes exceptional items.
Profit before exceptional items increased by 15 per cent at Rs 176 crore. For the quarter, income from operations increased by five per cent at Rs 1,813 crore.
Exceptional items for the quarter included profit in sale of non-current investment of Rs 32 crore, profit on sale of land at Rs 2 crore and other costs such as expenditure on revision of post retirement pension obligations.
