Tata Motors today posted 13.31 per cent increase in global sales, including Jaguar Land Rover’s, at 92,949 units in October.
The company had sold 82,026 units in the same month last year.
In the passenger vehicles category, the global sales last month were at 61,629 units as against 49,977 units in October 2014, up 23.31 per cent, Tata Motors said in a statement.
Sales of luxury brand Jaguar Land Rover increased by 26.92 per cent to 48,468 units in October as compared to 38,187 units in the same month last year.
Sales of commercial vehicles declined by 2.27 per cent to 31,320 units in October from 32,049 units a year ago.
