The Tata Motors Group global wholesales, including the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) brand, rose 35 per cent to 1.08 lakh units in November 2011.

Cumulative sales for the fiscal stood at 7.50 lakh units, a rise of 10 per cent compared to the corresponding period in 2010-11.

Global sales of all commercial vehicles, under the Tata, Tata Daewoo and the Tata Hispano Carrocera range, were up 24 per cent at 49,724 units in the month. Sales of all passenger vehicles rose 47 per cent at 58,304 units.

Sales of the Tata passenger vehicles worldwide and the distribution offtake in India of Fiat cars rose 74 per cent at 29,121 units in November.

Sales of the JLR luxury brand in the month increased 27 per cent at 29,183 vehicles – Jaguar sales dropped five per cent, while Land Rover sales increased 38 per cent.
