Tata Motors has launched its sports utility vehicle, Safari Storme, with a starting price of Rs 9.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Thane) in Maharashtra.

 

“In the (launch of) Tata Safari Storme, we once again demonstrate Tata Motors’ commitment to customer centricity. We were the first to introduce SUVs in India. We now leverage our experience and customer understanding, creating an ideal SUV for motorists, who desire a perfect combination of versatility and luxury,” said Tata Motors Managing Director Karl Slym.

 

The range is available in four variants, LX, EX, VX (4x2 and 4x4) and in seven colours – urban bronze, sardinia red, pearl white, pearl champagne, astern black, arctic white, arctic silver.

The Tata Safari Storme has an all new front look grill, side cladding, new projector headlamps and an all new rear look.

The Safari Storme has turning circle radius of 5.4 metres, ground clearance is 200 mm, with 26 degree grade-ability. The Tata Safari Storme comes with a warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever is earlier, extendable up to 4 years or 150,000 km.
