TI Cycles of India has signed up with Pacific Cycles USA, a part of Dorel Industries Inc, to acquire the brand licensing rights for Schwinn brand in India for 33 years, according to a press release from TI Cycles. TI Cycles of the Murugappa group will launch a complete portfolio of bicycles for four to 11 year-old children in early 2018. This is the first licensing agreement for the Schwinn brand in India. “TI Cycles has been at the forefront of bringing the best in international cycling to the Indian market,” said Arun Alagappan, President, TI Cycles, in the press release.
