Watch retailer Titan has embarked upon an exercise to re-launch its World of Titan stores with a new identity. The new design will help pitch them as being upscale and contemporary.
Re-named as Titan-A Company Store, the company inaugurated its flagship in Pune in its revamped avatar today. Titan will extend this to all its 350-odd existing stores in a phased manner over the next two to three years, Ajoy Chawla, VP and Global Business head, Titan & Retail said, adding that revamping of around 50 stores will be completed during this fiscal.
The new design for the store has been done in consultation with Singapore-based retail design specialist firm Kingsmen.
Titan also unveiled Edge 2012, a new collection of watches. With a skeletal structure encased in titanium, the watches are amongst the thinnest and the lightest in the world. With eight styles to choose from, the price ranges between Rs 11,995 and Rs 16,995.
