TRF Ltd on Tuesday announced that it has acquired 49 per cent stake in the Singapore based York Transport Equipment (Asia) Pte Ltd. The company had in October 2007 acquired 51 per cent stake (128,70,941 shares) in York Transport.
With the acquisition, York Transport becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary on TRF.
York Singapore and its subsidiary is a $70-million conglomerate manufacturing trailer axles, assemble trailer suspension kit and distributes a full range of truck and trailer components.
