If you have been thinking of taking a break to escape the scorching heat but would like a dash of adventure thrown in, this might be the trip for you.
Travel site TripAdvisor has listed the seven top waterfall destinations across the country.
“With Indian travellers looking for a respite from the rising temperatures and offbeat holiday locations, our list of some of the best waterfall destinations in the country offer some great options for such a break,” says Mr Nikhil Ganju, Country Manager, TripAdvisor India.
The list includes the Shivasamudram Falls in Karnataka, the Athirapally Falls in Thrissur (Kerala), the Dhuandhar Falls in Jabalpur (MP), the Dhudhsagar Falls in Goa, the Soochipara Falls in Wayanad (Kerala), the Attukal Waterfalls in Munnar and the Bhagsu Waterfall in Mcleod Gunj, Himachal Pradesh.
