TTK Prestige board to consider Triveni Bialetti unit buy

TTK Prestige Ltd’s Board of Directors will on October 10 consider a scheme whereby the kitchen appliances division of an unlisted company - Triveni Bialetti Industries Private Ltd (TBI) - is proposed to be demerged into TTK Prestige Ltd.
