TVS Electronics (TVSE) has announced that its Managing Director KE Ranganathan has resigned to pursue interest elsewhere.
Prakash Katama who was appointed as CEO of TVSE effective May 4, 2016, will be responsible for management of the company, said a communication issued to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) by TVSE.
“Ranganathan, currently the Managing Director of the Company, has decided to pursue his interest elsewhere and has therefore resigned as the Managing Director and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the company with effect from July 1, 2016,” the communication said.
Share price of TVSE on the BSE closed at ₹101.90, down by 0.54 per cent over previous day’s closing price.
