United Breweries Holdings has said that properties worth ₹1,375.94 crore have been attached by the Enforcement Directorate.
In a disclosure to the BSE on Thursday, the holding company of former liquor baron Vijay Mallya said that under construction flats in Kingfisher Towers in Bengaluru worth ₹398.04 crore has been attached by the ED as per its order on June 11.
The statement also said that it is seeking legal opinion regarding the attachment of some of its properties. The ED has also attached certain floors of one tower of the UB City complex worth ₹712.94 crore.
The commercial area of the same complex worth ₹175.73 crore has also been attached.
The car parking area of the complex as well as some floors of the UB Holdings’ office worth ₹81.67 crore have also been attached.
A flat in the tony Richmond Road, an apartment in Mumbai and a factory building as well as land in Ambur all worth ₹6.56 crore have also been attached.
