Diageo-owned United Spirits today appointed to V K Viswanathan as an Additional Director of the company in the capacity of independent director.
The company said its board of the director has passed a resolution to appoint Viswanathan “as an Additional Director of the company in the capacity of Independent Director on the Board of the company.”
It would be effective from October 17, 2016.
