V-Guard Industries, a consumer electrical and electronics major, launched the smart inverter here today.
Equipped with nine smart features, the Smart Digital Uninterruptible Power Supply inverter enables users to access its various functions from a mobile phone/device.
V-Guard has developed an app that is compatible with Android smartphones. The Smart Inverter app allows to control the performance levels based on the appliances’ capacity and also helps consumers to switch on/off, analyse the battery usage and back up.
V Ramachandran, Chief Operating Officer, said: “This is a Bluetooth-enabled inverter that connects with your smartphone helping you control everything with the touch of a button.”
The smart inverter range is priced between ₹10,890 and ₹18,990. It also introduced Prime Series Inverters priced between ₹8,990 and ₹9,990.
