The Committee of Creditors of Viceroy Hotels Ltd has announced the appointment of Grant Thornton India LLP for conducting the forensic audit of the company.
In a regulatory filing made available to the BSE, the Hyderabad-based hospitality chain has informed about the appointment of the consultancy. The company is now under the resolution process under the Insolvency and Banking Code, 2016 and the matter is at an advanced stage of consideration by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad.
