The board of directors of Vimta Labs Ltd at its meeting held on Monday appointed S.P. Vasireddi, Chairman and Managing Director, as Executive Chairman.
Harita Vasireddy, who was Joint Managing Director, was also appointed as Managing Director, the Hyderabad based company said in a release.
