Vimta Labs Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 1.61 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2013 against a loss of Rs 6.76 crore in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.
Revenues of the Hyderabad-based company grew 7.4 per cent to Rs 28.53 crore (Rs 26.53 crore).
For the full year 2012-13, the net profit stood at Rs 4.21 crore against Rs 15.37-crore loss in the previous financial year. Revenues too had gone up from Rs 87.34 crore to Rs 109 crore.
Dividend
The board of directors at its meeing held here on Saturday recommended a dividend of 0.60 paise per face value of Rs 2 each share for the financial year 2012-13.
The recommendation was, however, subject to the approval of bankers and members at their ensuing annual general meeting, the Hyderabad-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Vimta Lab’s scrip closed down 0.58 per cent at Rs 18.74 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday.
