Vivimed Labs Ltd’s standalone net profit declined at Rs 8.86 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2013, compared with Rs 10.25 crore in the same period last year.
The revenue of the Hyderabad-based company, however, increased to Rs 108 crore (Rs 91 crore).
For the full-year 2012-13, the net profit declined to Rs 37 crore from Rs 40 crore in the previous year. The revenue increased to Rs 426 crore (Rs 383 crore).
The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 3 (30 per cent) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31.
