Vivimed Labs Ltd’s consolidated net profit decreased 26 per cent to Rs 11 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31,2014 compared with 14.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year.
Revenues of the Hyderabad-based company, however, increased to Rs 372 crore from Rs 296 crore.
For the full year ended March, 2014, the net profit decreased to Rs 66 crore from Rs 83.58 crore. Total revenues grew to Rs 1,359 crore (Rs 1,120 crore), the company informed the BSE on Friday.
The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 3 (30 per cent) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
The company’s scrip was trading down 1.08 per cent at Rs 262 on the BSE.
