Waterless personal hygiene solutions provider Clensta is planning to set up a manufacturing facility in Hyderabad at an investment of about $5 million.
The modalities are being worked out, Puneet Gupta, the company’s founder and CEO, said at a press conference here on Wednesday.
The company, which has two USFDA approved and patented products, for waterless body bath and waterless shampoo, will be launching a waterless anti-mosquito product and waterless toothpaste in six months, he added. It is selling its products to hospitals, the armed forces, adventurers and railway travellers, among others.
The Delhi-based healthcare start-up has a presence in 29 countries across the globe besides the domestic market with about $5 million in revenue, and has so far invested $3-5 million, Gupta said.
