Williamson Magor & Co Ltd, B.M. Khaitan Group’s holding company, has said that it has sold its 51 per cent shareholding in each of its two wholly owned subsidiaries -- Woodside Parks Ltd and Majerhat Estates & Developers Ltd.
The companies have ceased to be the subsidiaries with effect from Tuesday (March 19), it said.
Williamson Magor has investments in the group companies, such as, McLeod Russel India, McNally Bharat Engineering Co, Eveready Industries India Kilburn Engineering, Phu Ben Tea Co (Vietnam) and McLeod Russel Uganda.
