Woodland Shoes is the latest to be bitten by the e-commerce bug. The company has launched an e-store to tap into the growing number of online shoppers, particularly in the footwear category.
Mr Harkirat Singh, Managing Director, Woodland, said, “We see the introduction of this channel as another important way to connect with our customers and provide them with access like never before.”
The company said it will be rolling out a slew of limited edition products exclusively for its online buyers.
The new e-commerce Web site visitor will experience a new look, strong photography components and ease of navigation to support the brand visually. The site comprises advanced online merchandising, ordering and processing.
It has features such as cash-on-delivery, credit/debit cards, Internet banking, cash card and mobile payments among its payment gateways.
Woodland products are available at over 300 exclusive stores and 3,000-plus multi-brand outlets across the globe.
