Ybrant Digital, a digital media marketing solutions company, will acquire a minority stake in the Israeli firm Web 3.0 that operates in web, mobile web and performance-based marketing development.
“We see huge potential for growth in the years to come. This collaboration with Web 3.0 is part our efforts to tap this opportunity,” Mr Suresh Reddy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ybrant Digital, said.
Quoting studies, he said global spend on mobile marketing, advertising and messaging would cross $3.3-billion mark in 2011.
