The Special Court hearing the 2G spectrum case said on Tuesday that the arguments on framing of charges against the accused will commence from July 21.
The accused include former Telecom Minister Mr A. Raja, DMK MP Ms Kanimozhi and corporate executives.
Meanwhile, the CBI and defence counsel told the court that the supply of additional documents in the case has been completed.
In its first chargesheet, the CBI had named nine individuals including Mr Raja and three companies. The companies include Swan Telecom, Unitech Wireless and Reliance Telecom.
The agency said the wrongful acts of the accused deprived the exchequer of possible revenues amounting to Rs 30,984.55 crore.
The accused face charges including that of criminal conspiracy, cheating, forgery, abetment, abuse of official position, criminal misconduct and corruption.
In its supplementary chargesheet, the CBI accused five more persons including Ms Kanimozhi as co-conspirators in the 2G spectrum scam.
The CBI accused Ms Kanimozhi and Mr Sharad Kumar, Director and Promoter, Kalaignar TV, of receiving bribes amounting to Rs 200 crore.
It has also accused Mr Raja of taking bribe. This ‘bribe', the CBI said, was a reward for showing undue favours in allocating 2G licences to Swan Telecom.
