Mr Casimirraj added that the institution would train people and small business in local language using the state's talent pool. The institution has also identified venture capitalists to fund entrepreneurs at the ‘bottom of the pyramid'. “We have identified venture capitalist to fund the rural entrepreneurs. So far, four American universities have shown interest to work with us,” he added.
