The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a supplementary chargesheet in the illegal assets case of Kadapa MP, Mr Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, and Emaar Properties.

The investigating agency had submitted a 30-page chargesheet on Mr Jaganmohan Reddy, his auditor and accused number two Mr Vijayasai Reddy and others.

The first chargesheet in the case was filed last month in which 12 others were named along with the prime accused Mr Jaganmohan Reddy.

Hyderabad-based Aurobindo Group of Companies, Hetero Groups, Trident Life Sciences; Mr M. Srinivasa Reddy, Director, Hetero Drugs; Mr K. Nityananda Reddy, Managing Director, Aurobindo Pharma were among those who were names by the CBI.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court last week cancelled bail given to Mr Vijayasai Reddy by the CBI special court.

The CBI also filed another supplementary chargesheet in the Emaar Properties case late in the evening.
