Mr Nagaraj R. Chairman, Zonasha Projects, has been elected president of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (Credai) – Bangalore, for 2012-14. A press release from the real estate industry body said that Credai – Bangalore has declared the new office-bearers and team for 2012-14. Mr Nagaraj will take over from Mr Sushil Mantri, Chairman of Mantri Developers.
Other office-bearers include Mr C.N. Govindaraju – President-Elect; Mr J.C. Sharma – Vice-President; Mr S. Suresh Hari – Secretary; Mr A. Siddique Beary – Joint Secretary, and Mr Ashish Puravankara – Treasurer. Developers, Mr Avinash Prabhu, Mr B.S.N. Hari, Mr Syed Faisal Rizvi, Mr Kamal Sagar, Mr Kishore Jain, Mr S.V. Naresh Kumar, Mr J. Boopesh Reddy, were elected to the governing body, said the release.
Mr Mantri and Mr Shankar Sastri of Sterling Developers will also be part of this team as Immediate Past-President and Immediate Past-Secretary.
