In a bid to attract buyers from Latin America, Central Asia and Africa, craftsmen from all over the country will exhibit their eco-friendly products at a handicrafts fair here on October 15.
The Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair is a four-day event organised by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts. Items made out of wood, metal, cane, silk, terracotta and vegetable dyes would be displayed under one roof along the Greater Noida Expressway.
“For this fair, Jammu & Kashmir and the North and Eastern Region have been selected as the theme pavilions to showcase the importance of products from these regions,” said Mr Arvind Vadhera, the Chairman of the Council.
